ABOUT My Company

Steve Grote * Architect is an architectural firm dedicated to creating innovative design solutions for a variety of building programs. My goal on every project is the same, to produce a superior design on time, and within the allowed budget. To achieve these goals, I listen to your needs and objectives, evaluate your requirements, resources, and timetable so I can produce a detailed work and fee proposal. I review the project schematic design with you and present alternatives, and then I execute the approved schematic design chosen by the client. I communicate the progress of your plans with you and continue to provide job-site observation for you after the plans have been completed.

The philosophy of the firm is to provide professional and ethical services to my clients with technical competence and dependability. My goal is to ascertain and understand my clients objectives and to develop creative solutions that add value to their projects.

My Qualifications

I have 26 years of experience in residential and commercial architecture. This experience includes design of custom homes, residential additions, office buildings, shopping centers and commercial tenant improvements, among other types of projects.

I have a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Washington State University, and am a licensed architect in the State of California.
